Thin Filo Pastry sheets made from premium quality flour. It is extremely flexible and can be shaped in many different forms. Once baked, KANAKI Filo Pastry becomes crispy and golden brown. Its delicate taste will enhance the flavour of the filling you have chosen to envelop. You can use it for savoury and for sweet recipes.

Each box contains 2 packages of 6 sheets. 

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in freezer (-18 °C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase. Once thawed do not refreeze.

SHELF LIFE: 18 months from production date.
