Our Salmon are frozen at sea and sent to our facilities where they are expertly slacked and filleted, then vacuum sealed for maximum freshness. In addition to fillets, we can process Salmon portions and other forms tailored to meet our customers’ specified size and shape. Not only is it a reliable supply of protein, Salmon contains Omega-3, fatty acids; and excellent source to boost up HDL – the good type of cholesterol. In fact, studies have shown that by just eating 20 days of a high Salmon diet, HDL is increased by 10%!
