premium quality smoked piran seabass from slovenia is available as whole fish or prepared fillets which is smoked and vacuum packed, perfect for delicatessens and premium dishes or as a hamper filler or christmas gift.
Each whole frozen seabass is individually quick frozen (iqf) within a maximum of 5 hours from catch to retain full flavour and freshness unhl it reaches the plate.
The chilled smoked seabass, available as fillets or whole fish, are firstly dried with salt then smoked over beech wood giving a delicate flavour and aroma and enhancing the shelf life to 60 days. Delivered in premium
