Green Isle Seafood

Green Isle Seafood is Ireland’s largest processor of white fish with 3,000 metric tonne annual production capacity. We have direct supply contracts in place with fishing cooperatives and receive deliveries of responsibly sourced, fresh fish daily from many of Ireland’s fishing ports.  Green Isle Seafood is a proud member of “Responsible Irish Fish” an organisation established to promote responsible and sustainable catching of Irish fish.

Our team of sixty specialist staff work with a wide range of species for a diverse customer group, targeting the wholesale, foodservice and retail sectors throughout Europe. Once delivered to the plant, the fish is de-finned, hand filleted, skinned and IQF frozen within hours of arrival - locking in all the fish’s natural goodness and quality.

The principal Irish wild caught species we work with are:  Whiting, Haddock, Hake, Monkfish, Plaice & Black Pollock. We also work with farmed Salmon and with Norwegian Line-caught MSC certified Cod.

The plant offers a wide range of packaging, storage and delivery solutions with the ability to pack in retail bag, food grade carton, skin pack or supply in bulk or foodservice formats.
