Extra Large Raw Fremantle Octopus tentacles are perfectly graded to ensure that only the best, perfectly formed tentacles are selected for this premium grade.

This product is for a chef that only wants the best to create the perfect dish. Each pouch has 3 to 4 tentacles of similar average weight in a 1kg high temperature food grade vacuum pouch.

It is sustainably wild-caught close to the coast of Western Australia and eats an abundance of premium seafood including Western Rock Lobster, abalone, and scallops. MSC Certified in 2019.
