Frozen Buffalo Mozzarella
A spun paste cheese with a full-bodied and moderately acidic taste, it is the symbol of Campania's cheese-making tradition and the third most important Italian PDO. Its unique flavour and texture are attributed to the fresh buffalo milk used in its production and to the processing techniques. Freezing takes place immediately after production, using the IQF and BQF techniques.
The dairy is BRC and IFS certified, while the freezing laboratory is BRC GS (Freezing, Storage and Distribution) certified, offering a product of the highest Italian quality.
