Frozen young "Nam Hom" coconut meat. The name "Nam Hom" of this coconut variety itself literally translate to "fragrant water" in Thai due to its lush tropical flower aroma and sweet flavour. There are 2 types of textures; firm and soft. While both are good to be enjoyed by itself, firm texture is suitable for cutting into various shape like strip or dice which are perfect for bakery topping/stuffing and in drink such as coconut yoghurt drink. Soft texture has been used in Thai dessert for centuries. The product is certified organic.
