Lucuma is a superfruit and natural sweetener with a taste of caramel and nuts.

Our frozen lucuma pulp with Peruvian origin can be used as a basis for ice cream, pastries or smoothies. Therby this is the perfect alternative for fresh lucuma, without having any waist and with consistent quality throughout the year.

Lucuma pulp is a 100% pure product. It contains 100% of Lucuma. Neither preservatives, flavors, dyes nor colorants are used. No water is added. 

Available in 0,5 and 5Kg bags. Syros also presents custom made packaging according to the clients wishes.

Shelf life of 1 year after production date, at -18°C.
