Frozen Products

In addition to fresh fish, at Finpesca, we also offer frozen products, which are thawed using a tightly controlled process designed to ensure the highest quality for the consumer at all times. In order to thaw the fish gradually, the frozen product is placed in tubs of flowing water and sea salt. Powerful air blowers keep the fish moving in order to complete the thawing process. Every two weeks, certified laboratories analyze our production in order to control our raw materials, our finished products, and the efficacy of our system of monitoring the areas of greatest risk in the various stages of our production.
