Product Description

Frozen seedless Passion fruits puree/pulp in PE packing is extracted from puree passion fruit juice, no preservative which are chosen and sorted from strong and healthy fresh passion fruits, no mold planted in Central Highlands of Vietnam. Passion fruits are cleaned and manufactured to take pulp under automatic modern & closed system, not using many labours and ensuring asepsis.

Flow chart: 

Fresh passion fruits --> Choosing, sorting (throw away ones which not meet standard) --> Cleaning (manual, salt water, vegetable clean water) --> Automatic Cutting machine, splitting membrane, taking pulp (Sorting out membrane and cover) --> Filling Packing & strapping --> Freezing 50oC --> Finishing
