Lemon Grass, also known as citronella, is an herbaceous plant of the grass family, native to the tropical regions of Asia, especially India. It is widely used in folk medicine, namely the leaves, which, in an infusion, have unique properties due to their chemical composition. The experience of preparing drinks with Lemon Grass also uses the technique of infusion, in order to give them a fresh and fairly sweet lemony aroma.

 “Gin Box” Lemon Grass is aimed at harmonizing the drink known as Gin Tonic. To this end it should be put in the glass used to prepare the drink. It is not meant to be ingested.
