Gin Mix - Pink Pepper Individual Container

Pink pepper is aromatic and mild. It is the fruit of the Schinus Molle shrub, of the Anacardiaceae family, coral-red in colour, which has nothing to do with the common pepper, although it is processed in the same way as other kinds of pepper. It is a plant native to the subtropical and tropical regions of South America (South-east Brazil, north of Argentina and Paraguay). It has a slightly hot and sweet flavour which gives your drink a distinct note.

“Gin Mix” Pink Pepper is aimed at harmonizing the drink known as Gin Tonic. To this end it should be put in the glass used to prepare the drink. It is not meant to be ingested.
