Our dry mushrooms are labelled "Agriculture Biologique", which means that we do not use any conservators, and that gathering zones are certified "not contaminated" by Ecocert. This is very important because a mushroom is an organism that attracts heavy metals. 1 kilogram of fresh mushroom is needed to have 100g of dry, which will give 500 to 600g once rehydrated.
