We would like to provide the possibility for everyone of having a good filo pastry without worrying about allergens! Customers just need to thaw the pastry at room temperature for 30 minutes, fill it with whatever kind of filling that they prefer and bake the product for 12-15 minutes, it is really that easy! The product is optimal for household use or HoReCa use, or even for further processing to create a filled product tailored to the needs of each individual market. Since the product comes frozen its shelf life is 1 year. Available from Q1 2023!
