Our Pizza Margherita, packaged in heat-resistant “ovenable” food wrap, from the Molino Spadoni gluten-free line, can be cooked directly in its special oven-proof bag with anti-contamination barrier. It isn’t necessary to have special equipment and designated areas to safely manage the orders of glutenintolerant customers. It is topped with 100% Italian tomato and lactose-free mozzarella from the finest-quality Italian milk produced by ourselves.
