Gorgonzola Cream Stuffed Gnocchi

Potato gnocchi in gorgonzola cheese sauce are one of the most classic match  of Italian cuisine. Why not to put the gorgonzola INSIDE the gnocchi? We tried, and the result are these soft and velvety potato gnocchi made only with fresh potatoes, stuffed with a light beshamel saucewith with mascarpone and gorgonzola. When you bite on them they release their tasty core and your tastebuds start a wave!
