Original and fun : A coated chou to enjoy as a lollipop. Coming from our pastry know-how, the choux lollipops are : an original recipe, a chou dough made in our workshops with a hand coating. To be eaten with a coffee, tea, in a reception or for a gourmet break. 3 different tasty flavours : • Choux filled with a tangerine cream, white chocolate coating and speculoos chips. The tangerine cream brings punch and the speculoos chips delicacy. • Choux filled with lemon cream, white chocolate coating with shortbread and meringue chips. One of the pastries Frenchies’ favorite reinterpreted in lollipop-choux : another way to taste lemon meringue pie ! • Choux filled with a milk chocolate cream, milk chocolate coating with coconut shavings. Another to enjoy a bounty !
