The Greek kitchen has traditionally used thick, strained yogurt as a basis for many appetizers and dips. 

This range of shelf-stable dips features creamy Greek Yogurt blended with a variety of authentic Mediterranean ingredients – roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, roasted eggplant, harissa and regional herbs and spices. 

The spreads are great served straight from the jar as a dip for vegetables or crackers or as a condiment to grilled meats and vegetables. They can also be spread onto sandwiches or gyros for a Mediterranean touch.
