Green Olives

Green Olives-: The Chalkidiki type is cultivated in the peninsula of Chalkidiki, a place where climate is very suitable for growing olive trees. It’s color is deep green and during the maturing period changes to yellow, nut brown up to violet. The weight of the fruit ranges from 6 to 10 gr. The core takes the 10% of the total weight, while the flesh has the 76-88%. It is the olive type indicated for the production of high quality table olives, offered, whole, pitted or stuffed with plenty of flavor combinations available.
