Hake
The ventrescas are obtained from the ventral area of the hake. They are presented with skin to guarantee the correct preservation of the flavor and nutritional values of the fish. Due to their thickness, they are ideal for grilling. They are also very juicy fried, with or without batter. Although the greatest care has been taken to remove all the bones, occasionally some may appear. Format of 400 grams, includes between 6 and 9 ventrescas depending on the size.
