A selected blend of Italian flours and semolina, mixed with the finest quality Italian raw ingredients (tomato pulp from Pianura Padana, cow’s milk mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and fresh products from local suppliers for the toppings) aren’t enough to obtain a perfect pizza. Only with the technical skills of our pizzaioli and the way they hand stretch the dough balls, together with their passion and respect for the product as they are working with live materials, enables us to obtain the highest quality product. Our sourdough and the long, natural leavening time, make the difference in the flavour of an excellent product, just like the one you can eat in the local pizzeria.
