I BUCATINI - BRONZE DIE - DRY AT LOW TEMPERATURE
Dry pasta made using only the durum wheat grown in our farm, this mean that we use only high quality wheat for a Km.0 production to give a real Italian taste. Moreover we don't use traditional semolina but a semi-whole wheat flour to give to our pasta more taste and more flavor. Least but not last , on the back of each pack, we stamp our "Cicle life", in which we declare all the importante date of the life of our wheat: The sowing, the earing, the harvesting, the milling and when we produce the pasta! The actual available shape are: Spaghetti, Linguine , Bucatini, Chitarra, Spaghettone
