IL PENNONE - DRY PASTA - BRONZE DIE - DRY AT LOW TEMPERATURE
Dry pasta made using only the durum wheat grown in our farm, this mean that we use only high quality wheat for a Km.0 production to give a real Italian taste. Moreover we don't use traditional semolina but a semi-whole wheat flour to give to our pasta more taste and more flavor. We are introducing also a new pack in box to have a different choice of packaging. Least but not last , on the back of each pack, we stamp our "Cicle life", in which we declare all the importante date of the life of our wheat: The sowing, the earing, the harvesting, the milling and when we produce the pasta!Β The actual available shape are: Sedanini - Gramigna - Pennette - Maccherone - Pennone - Rigatone - Fusilli - Paccheri
