Our range of infused olive oils provide instant flavour kicks: from hot chilli to the intense summer tastes of Provencal basil and fresh garlic. Our lemon infused oil is made with whole fresh lemons and peranzana olives from Puglia. Crushing the olives and the lemons at the same time produces a unique fusion of flavour and aroma. This product has an integrated and complex but balanced flavour, unlike other lemon oil where lemon extractions have been added as a separate component.
We have a core range of artisan produced nut oils, pungent truffle oils and a rare, light and nutty Argan oil from Morocco. Wild hazelnuts from the Loire Valley are specially selected by farmers from surrounding areas to make our first pressed toasted hazelnut oil . Argan oil is made from the crushed nut of the Argan fruit, which grows on trees unique to the south western corner of Morocco. This nutty-flavoured oil adds exotic richness to salads and cold vegetable dishes. Try it drizzled over couscous, use in dressings to add a Moroccan flavour or mix with honey and yoghurt for a Berber breakfast.
