Ingel Naturally Fermented Raspberry Soda - Innovative and unique
We believe that soda can be natural and at the same time rich and full of flavors instead of dull, unhealthy sugary drink. Soda can be equal beverage to quality beer, cider and wine or just a tasty and healthy refresher at any age. And that is the reason we created Ingel Sodas.
Ingel Sodas entered Estonian market in June 2020.
Ingel Sodas are special and unique because they are made by natural fermentation. Fermentation is a process where billions of friendly lactic acid bacteria turn sugars into substances that are kind to our body and give nice acidity to drinks.
Ingel Sodas have been developed in collaboration with Estonian scientists.
Ingel Sodas do NOT contain added sugar, artificial colouring and flavors or preservatives!
The raspberry soda is like bouquet of fresh raspberries. Instantly reminds of grandmother cooking jam in the kitchen and spreading uplifting delicious raspberry aroma.
Color: copper
Appearance: clear with a deep color and fine dense bubbles, precipitate at the bottom of the bottle
Aroma: strong fresh raspberry notes in the aroma. Aeration adds jammy sweetness, ripe raspberry aroma and even feel of raspberry liquor
Taste: strong raspberry notes which is supported by good acidity. The acidity brings out the freshness of the raspberry. In addition you can find silky milky notes that indicate lactic acid fermentation Both acid and CO2 are well integrated, together creating complex and balanced taste without loosing authentic raspberry taste.
