Microbiological characteristics
The microbiological stability is provided with the pasteurisation of the drink on the temperature from min. 82oC, desired 85-88oC, max. 90oC, cooling 5-25oC and adding the preservatives E202, E211 and E242.
The short description of the Production process
The production process starts preparing of sugar solution Process which refers to the filtration. The final drink is prepare adding the citric acid, potassium sorbate, Natrium Benthoat, Vitamin C. Next process is pasteurisation then cooling. After cooling is going to be adding of Velcorin and filling process and adding Azot. Follows the process of putting of dates, labelling, packing,
palletising and warehousing.

PET ambalage 0.25l – 12 pieces in one packing, plastic closures sportkap – fi 38mm.
Shelf life The expiry date is marked on the cap (7 months).
