These ingredients are E number free and offer formulation cost saving opportunities through partially replacing other more expensive ingredients without compromising quality. In addition, the Novation range of starches can provide a range of different textures such as a rich and creamy mouthfeel in lower fat systems or pulpy textures in tomato or fruit based applications.
