Pitted Leccino Olives
Leccino olives are elliptically shaped with a delicate taste. They originate from central Italy and date back to the Middle Ages, and today they are widespread throughout the Peninsula.
We do not only extract oil from Leccino olives. when fully ripe they have a sweet, fresh, fruity and fragrant flavor. They can be consumed as an aperitif or appetizer, but also in the preparation of Mediterranean recipes, such as focaccia.
After harvesting, the olives are selected and processed in the laboratory, washed, placed in jars and pasteurized.
