A variety of Lasagne are produced in four different versions, bronze drawn and an even more antique version called "Mattarello" (rolling pin).
The latter are dough sheets delicately spread by cylinders that accurately imitate the traditional and antique homemade results once obtained by our grandmothers with a rolling pin. The rest comes by using carefully selected eggs, and adding spinach in the case of "green pasta".
