Leimer Croutons-: Leimer Bon appétit Croutons are made from oven-fresh white-bread. Immediately after baking, the bread is cut into cubes, roasted and refined with spice mixtures specially created for us. Our Leimer croutons are not fried and are therefore a light delicacy as a fine topping on salads and soups, filling for dumplings or simply as hearty snack.
