Lemon Sugar Organic Fairtrade

Steenbergs Organic Fairtrade Lemon Sugar combines the traditional sweet-sour mix of lemon and sugar. This is one of Sophie's favourite sugars as you can use it both for sweet and savoury dishes. At Steenbergs, we use excellent Mediterranean lemon peel that's full of that lively lemon flavour and a bright yellow colour. This is aged in organic and Fairtrade extra light cane sugar from Paraguay. Delicious with pancakes or use in baking cakes. Also great used as a glazed for chicken or duck. It also works well in French salad dressing.
