SYROS PURE LIME JUICE Taste Syros pure lime juice once and you will understand why it is so special and indeed pure, not from concentrate. Syros lime juice is a 100% natural product, containing neither preservatives nor additives. It did not undergo any heat treatment. A single litre of Syros lime juice contains the juice of 60 or more hand squeezed sun ripened limes cultivated in Honduras on land free of pesticides or other chemicals. The artisanal pressing method guarantees that the juice contains no bitter skin taste. Only first quality mature fruit, freshly picked, is used to preserve the natural flavour and aroma of the juice. The juice is extracted, filtered, and frozen in a very short period of time, to make sure that it keeps the taste of freshly squeezed lime. The result is a natural, honest, high-quality product, ready to use in drinks, food preparations, pastries, ice creams, sauces, marmalades, mayonnaises, dressings, etc. Lime juice can also be used as a taste enhancer and as an acid base. SYROS KAYPA® Syros invented the Kaypa®, a 100% natural product consisting of pure lime juice combined with natural cane sugar. A single litre of Kaypa® contains the juice of at least 40 naturally mature limes, grown, hand pressed, filtered and mixed with cane sugar in Honduras. Syros Kaypa® is a basic ingredient for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and can be used in dessert foods, ice creams and other preparations. See the Recipes. A one litre bottle of Syros Kaypa® allows to make at least 20 drinks. It is a perfect thirst-quencher. SYROS LIME PEEL Syros lime peel is a 100% natural product, free of any additives, chemicals or pesticides. The peel comes from sun ripened limes and keeps its natural taste due to the fact that no heating or other treatment are used in its preparation. Syros lime peel is an ideal ingredient for ice creams, marmalades, sweets, etc. It’s green colour is typical for the Persian lemon.
