This cake is a luxorious flavour combination of tropical fruits and Marc de Champagne alcohol. The digestive biscuit base is covered with tropical fruit-flavoured crispy paste. Passion fruit and peach-flavoured whipping cream with Marc de Champagne is added on the base and layered with light sponge cake layer. The cake is covered with white and bronze sweet coating, that has a marble effect. Each slice has a white glaze decoration.
