Long taralli with pepper

The tarallo lungo of Barletta, son of our local tradition, looks very elegant in its refined and exclusive tapered shape. With its shiny and gilded appearance, it keeps intact the delicate flavour and crispness of homemade products. These crispy sticks, flavoured with fennel seeds, hot pepper or classic recipe, are great for eating a correct and healthy diet as a substitute for bread during meal time. Excellent to taste with a good wine. Ingredients: soft wheat flour “00”, white wine, olive pomace (12%), olive oil (4%), water, salt, chilli pepper(0,6%), natural yeast.
