Macarons

Tipiak's macarons are made with selected, whole almonds from California that are ground in-house. The macarons are then generously filled with chocolate ganache, fruits cream or jam. Their shells are finally sandwiched together by hand. They are made with only natural colorings and no artificial flavourings. These macarons are available in a large range of size from 6g to 20g portion. Les macarons Tipiak sont élaborés avec des amandes entières de Californie. Broyées dans nos ateliers, elles permettent de confectionner les coques de macarons. Ces coques sont ensuite généreusement garnies de ganache au chocoalt, de crèmes aux fruits ou confitures. Tous nos macarons sont sans colorant et sans arôme artificiel. Ils sont disponibles en différentes tailles : de 6 à 20g/macarons.
