Riesa Organic Pasta XXL is produced using a traditional manufacturing
process which makes the surface of the pasta somewhat coarse. This allows
the sauce to adhere to the pasta better allowing for true pasta enjoyment.

The extra large noodle shapes, Manicotti, Conchiglioni and Paccheri, are
particularly suitable for filling or for pasta casseroles.
