Marinated Mushrooms

Mushrooms are traditional and preferred addition to meals. They are valuable not only for their looks, great aroma and unique taste but also because they are a good source of proteins and minerals like: potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Cantharellus cibarius, Boletus edulis, Xerocomus badius, Suillus luteus, Armillaria mellea, and aromatic Shii-take are carefully sorted and only the highest quality ones are packed in jars with vinegar or natural flavour mix prepared according to tested recipes.

Marinated mushrooms are valuable components of meat dishes, salads and a part of every banquet menu.
