Meduzyna Kombucha BIO Jasmine

Traditionally fermented kombucha made with premium quality loose leaf tea.

Tea: The main ingredient of this blend is one of the most famous of green jasmine teas - Dragon Phoenix Pearls from Southeast China.  The highest quality jasmine tea is naturally flavored with fresh jasmine flowers. The process is extremely laborious. Tea leaves are mixed with tens of thousands of fresh jasmine buds. Overnight the petals open to release a lovely fragrance. Jasmine flowers are very bitter, therefore the petals are separated from the tea after drying. The process of flavoring with fresh jasmine is repeated several times (about 5 times) to obtain an intense effect. Finally, the tea leaves are rolled by hand into small balls called dragon pearls, enclosing the jasmine fragrance in them for longer. Taste notes Delicate jasmine aromas are present. You can also find some fruity notes (grapes and ripe strawberries).
