Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained following the ancient tradition
through the blending of cooked grape must and white vinegar.
It is produced under the strict control of the Monini family in the IGP certified areas of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The maturation in precious oak casks improves aroma and gives the distinctive sweet and sour taste. Makes an excellent dressing for salads, meat and fish in combination with extra virgin olive oil.
