Our hazelnut gelato is made with high quality Italian fresh milk and the finest round Trilobata hazelnuts known as "Piedmont PGI hazelnut" - the queen of hazelnuts. Hazelnut - a select fruit with a unique flavour - is found along the hills of the Langhe, Piedmont. Among the excellent products of this Italian region, hazelnuts have been the first to become PGI-certified. Preservative- and colouring agent-free. Gluten-free.
