Non-GMO Deoiled Soy Lecithin Powder used in numerous food and beverage applications as an emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, antioxidant and dispersant. Soy lecithin powder is soluble in fat and dispersible in water due to the unique hydrophilic (water friendly) and lipophilic (oil friendly) properties. Compared to fluid lecithin, powdered lecithin is easy to dose and mix in dry blends, beverage powders and baking mixes.
