The 'oil Spello, produced by Frantoio di Spello Uccd comes from one of the most characteristic cultivars of Umbria, the variety of moraiolo that embodies approximately ninety percent of the olive historical heritage in the range between Assisi and Spoleto, extending to the valley Terni.
