A sure bet to make a difference through quality. With a slightly acidic flavour, a very crunchy crust and a flexible, honeycombed crumb.
The Rustic range really represents our brand and how we understand bread. The result of long fermentation processes and high hydration, its reddish and crunchy crusts, open structures, make it very distinctive. All of which, on a practical level, produces breads that last longer, have a stronger flavour and are easier to digest. The market is not wrong and is oriented towards these products.
Partially baked and frozen bread with rectangular shape, crunchy and floured crust. Final cooking required.
