Oleum Priorat Elixir

A well balanced and complex profile, with a clearly identifiable fruity green olive taste. The oil has diverse secondary vegetable aromas, especially those of green grass and green walnuts, almond, green tomato, fennel and ripe banana. Touches of green apple, kiwi, artichoke, mint and banana peel. In the mouth it is slightly almond taste, combining sweet with bitter overtones. Its low astringency does not interfere with the oil’s initial profile.
