The main object of olive oil installations are the collection, the pre-selection and selection according to acidity and antiquity, the bottling and the exportation of the extra virgin olive oil "ELIKI".
Under strictest scientific selection, the oil is collected in high hygiene stainless tanks. The product is stored according to its quality characteristics in different tanks. Later, it is carried through stainless channels to the modern facilities for processing.
The production line includes pumping, heating below 35˚C, filtering, storage in tanks, packaging, boxing and palletizing. Olive oil is just filtered to remove foreign bodies and moisture, without any other chemical or other processes.
Finally, the extra virgin olive oil "ELIKI" is bottled in different kinds of bottles and cans (from 0.25lt to 5lt) according to customers' choices.
The olive oil plant operates according to the principles of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
