Types Of Product 1. Olive Oil The olives are harvested manually and collected with large nets. The poor soils result in low yield of excellent quality.After the olives have been cold-pressed they are turned into the highest quality olive oil, the extra virgin olive oil. For fruit pressing we use the highest quality press. The stones are removed before the pressing process by state-of-the-art technology as they are responsible for the bitter taste of olive oils.
