Olive Oils from Majorca

This set of single variety olive oils contains Mallorquina and Arbequina oils and a mixture of both. The Mallorquina variety is the most common variety found on the island, specifically on the Sierra of Tramuntana. The resulting oil is pale yellow in colour, sweet and with a hint of mature almond flavour. The Arbequina variety creates a fruity oil that reminds one of green fruit and freshly cut grass.
