ORCIO jar - Whole cep Mushrooms in olive oil

Whole cep mushrooms, the smallest ones are the most sought-after. They are carefully cleaned, checked one by one for quality, and then placed in the jars by hand, where the three different shades of brown typical of the three varieties are cleverly arranged. The "Boletus Pinicola" is a reddish brown and comes from higher up in the mountains. The classic autumn mushroom is the "Boletus Edulis", lighter in colour. A darker shade of brown distinguishes the "Boletus Aerus".
