Organic Biodynamic Grape juice

Our Grape Must is 100% alcohol-free, no sulfur dioxide added, suitable also for children, it has received honorable mention from the NASFT (National Association for the Specialty Food Trade). Grape Must has been produced in the lands of Emilia Romagna for centuries. We make it by heating grapes, stripped from the stalks, at low temperatures. The subsequent extraction of valuable substances from the skin, produces a juice that preserves complexity and richness of the scents of the different varieties of Lambrusco grapes used. Diluted in equal parts with water or drank cold as it is, the Mosto d’uva Guerzoni turns into a soft drink with a distinct freshness, loved by children too. For its properties Grape Must is also defined vegetable milk. It is also appreciated in therapeutic fasting.
