Organic extra virgin olive oil - Armonico
It is the Organic extra virgin olive oil monocultivar from Nocellara del Belice variety, the most important one of Sicily. Without any trace of pesticides and any residual chemical, it is a small treasure of delicacy and healthiness, guaranteed by the Geraci family and by the ICEA Certification.

TASTING NOTES
Fruity olive green, with hints of grass, artichoke, tomato and leaf remarkable fragrance and freshness. Balanced, spicy intensity of media and bitter barely noticeable.
SERVING SUGGESTION
With raw vegetables, soups, cheeses, salads, on meat or fish.
In the cooking roasts, sauces and baked fish. Ideal for pinzimomio.
